    Been toying with the idea of starting up another log. Been too lazy, but I figure this will be some motivation. Plus, I'm cutting and I want to see how my numbers adjust to the cut/bulk.

    As of April 3rd, 2010 I'm 5' 9" about 200lbs @ 12%.

    Gotta find a way to workout. I was way too busy today to go. Tomorrow is Easter (gym is probably closed) and Monday I'm in class all day/night. I really don't want to take 3 days off :o

    Edit: University gym is closed, but Lifetime is open 24/7 on Easter :bowdown:
    Going to hit up a workout between Church and family dinner.

    You're about 10lbs heavier than me, and the exact same height. I don't think I'll get to 200 before I start to lean down again. Hopefully this winter will be different.

    I am disliking how non-proportional my abs look. Seems like their off-balance or zig-zagged. I don't remember that being the case before.

    Maybe when I lean down again they will look better.

    Don't have any recent (within the last few months) of my back/wheels.

    Wheels are looking pretty big (though less defined than I'd like) and my back looks better than my front, so.....

    I'll try to get better pics up in the next couple weeks. Gotta make up for this weekend's shit-show of gluttony.

    Took today off class so I could study and get caught up with some work and not have to blow my nose every 5min during class.

    Slept 11 hours and going to vit.C load all day and hopefully I'll be feeling better tomorrow and able to get in the gym. It figures that as I make a log I post one workout and than have to take 4 days off :rofl::rofl:

    Good news is, my diet was decent during that time. I have kept my cals intact (~ 2,300) but my macros were pretty crappy. Low on protein, higher on carbs than I wanted.

    Felt weak as shit today. Not sure what's up. I took in over 300g carbs today, but just wasn't feeling it. Perhaps I'm still weak from being sick. These numbers are pretty bad compared to last week's chest workout.

    Edit: Now that I think about it, I didn't even get to the gym until 10:30pm and I am running on only 4 hours sleep. Usually that does not affect strength that much, but perhaps it did today!

    Another pretty weak day. Not sure what's going on, but Sunday's chest workout and Today's back workout was pathetic.

    I am assuming my inconsistencies with the gym over the last year are finally catching up with me. I feel I'll have my numbers back to normal in a month or so :)

    Awesome workout today; probably one of the best I've had all year. Strength felt great and stamina was solid. I didn't have a hard day or anything, but lately I've gotten tired and weak 10min into my workouts. Today was the opposite.

    5 min jog

    Bi's/Tri's/Forearms/Abs

    Won't bother posting it since IMO #'s for arms don't really mean much. Great workout though.

    Wish I had my camera with me... pump was fantastic, and veins in tri's were all over the place.

    Went tanning for the first time in about a year. I burn easily so I like to get a base tan before golf/beach/shirtless season otherwise I burn badly.

    I was on a med for my acid indigestion/gastritis and ran out 4 days ago. I was hoping the 30 day course was enough to get me right, but stomach has been mad fucked up lately and I think I might have to go back on it :wtc:
    Not sure how long this shit plans to last dammit. Been like this for for a couple months now.
