A&P dslr noob

    i'm looking to buy either a used d70 or 20d for my first dslr... any thought? the nikon will be a little cheaper.. probably going to buy thru craigslist. i want to shoot mainly action shots and some emo stuff. thanks

    I have a D70 and I love it, I like the layout and controls of the nikon better then the canon. Both good cameras either way.

    I would go with the 20D personally, no real reason though other then I prefer canon

    i was playing around with a 30d and i love the ergonomics, it felt great and was solid. however, it is goign to be a little bit more. i dunno.

    I would get the 20D, but thats because im a sackrider.
