Normally I would just send an PM to kingtoad, but I figured other might use this information....

So, is it possible to allow say X user to only create/edit a node in a section of Drupal, but not all nodes?

    Example:
I have a website for a company that has multiple departments: Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources.

I create a user for each department, that will be responsible for the upkeep on their section of the website.

So the sales user logs into drupal and goes to edit his node (sales department) but because he has node edit privileges he can edit Human Resources and Marketing.

Is there a way to restrict which nodes he can actually edit?

I think I might have found a module that looks like it will do it, but it is a bit complicated to configure.

    Module name is : Admin_Access
    Requires: Menu_Access and Node_Access Modules

I will tinker with it tonight and let anyone who might be reading this know how it goes.
