    Goals: Strength and Endurance, cut down to around 200ish and bulk up to 220

    Lifts
    Deadlift ~ 405x1
    Bench ~ 165x5
    Squat ~ 245x6
    EXRX 1 rep calculator puts me around 192 for bench and 285 for squat.

    Post work out/Dinner
    1 cup oatmeal
    2 scoops whey
    Chicken Breast

    DB curls 35x2x5 40x8
    Military Press 45x2x8
    Bent Over Rows 115x3x10
    Leg Raises 2x10
    cardio for 10 minutes


    I wanted to do more cardio but I had shit to do. Week before finals sucks for working out.

    My shoulder started hurting like hell too.


    I think Im actually going to take a break from lifting, since my flu has decided to make a strong comeback and finals are next week.
