EDIT: Thanks to Kane for moving the thread. I plan to update every Saturday morning, after the first shit of the day and before any meals. OK, so I started working out last week. Haven't been to the gym since HS. Goal is to gain weight and muscle mass. I plan to weight train 4 days/week and have 30 min cardio sessions 2-3 days/week. I read the nutrition EDU, very informative stuff. But now I want an actual critique. I'm 5'8, 163lbs, 25 years young. Here were my diets for the last couple days: July 11, 2009 July 12, 2009 Thoughts? I think the carbs/protein on 7/12 were better than 7/11.
