    Overall impressions. . . :hsd:

Nice to look at from some angles, kinda awkward from others. Shifter placement didn't make much sense- neutral seemed to fall where 4th is on every other car I've ever driven. Interior quality seemed like it was bolted together nicely, but kind of bland in materials and textures. The motor was pleasantly loud, but almost thrashy compared to other V8's I've driven (although those were German, so. . .) Power delivery was so-so. Didn't feel like 300 hp at all. I had waaaay more fun punching it in a Chrysler 300C. :hsd:

The pricing wasn't too bad though, no "GT" markup, and no dealer "stealth" options either.

Nice car for some, but not for me. Thinking about looking at a GTO tomorrow :o

Out of the American muscle cars, I'd say that the Mustang GT is the one I'd consider the most.

I still hate the antenna placement though. :o

I've driven one also and it felt heavy/sluggish as fuck, despite the power.

The thing that really bugged me was the HUGE MOTHERFUCKING BLIND SPOT. Seriously, I thought I was going to buy the thing on the spot because I was going to back over a row of Fusions.

You're supposed to move on from Ford (or Pontiac) to BMW; not the other way around :hsugh:

Actually, spoiled by my old RX8. If you want options and gizmos for the dollar, shit, there's a winner.

Xenon, homelink, heated seats, cd changer, nav, etc.

The BMW has. . . um. . . wood trim. :hsd:

I'm not absolutely wild about the stock appearance, but with the OEM aero kit, it makes it quite aggressive looking

I'd take a 15-16 second Bimmer over an unrefined domestic piece of shit that can handle doing 13-14 second 1/4 miles.. fucking amazing :jerkit:
