It's like the classic American luxury sedan without all the classic American luxury sedan ills (smaller size, wallow/float-free ride, firm seats, agile handling, great steering feel). As with the looks, it also drives like a much more expensive car than it is. In fact it drives better than many more expensive cars, and it's probably faster than they are too. :o

And oh yes, it does really nice burnouts.

How did you like the high belt line of the car? It seems as if the windows would sills would be near shoulder level, making you feel as though you're in a tank (if that makes sense).

It's very airy inside (immense headroom too). The sills are a little lower than shoulder level, but still high, so no cruising with your arm on them.

They are SILENT inside too. At extra-legal speeds, banging around heaved roads, and even when you rev it. No noise, no creaks, no moans, no rattles, no whistles, nothing.

I wish they had put a little burble into the exhaust, it's quiet as well. :o

Do you think the base model would be all that great? It has something around 200hp, right? That's probably all I could afford if I was going to look at one. :hs:

Chrysler should have been thinking about building a coupe version of this with an available Hemi rather than the Missfire.

A 300C Coupe would be soooo

They all drive the same. If you can live without the power, some toys, and some flash, then it's cool. :dunno:

300C vert is a go, so maybe a coupe version is possible too. If I were unable to get the Hemi, i would go for the "Touring" edition at least. The ones here are priced at about $27k, as opposed to the $34k for the 300C (hemi). Also i have heard talk of the new Charger basically being a sedan version of the new Magnum...

The one I drove was $31,750 (not MSRP), the dealership here is a "best price store". There was a black C in the showroom with the only option being power pedals for $30,800.
