I'm in a friendly body fat competition with a few guys at work. We got a reading done with calipers back in February and we're supposed to do it again later in May. We all started around 16.8% and are doing pretty well so far. My question is: if we're all pretty close when the deadline arrives, will messing with my water levels improve my body fat reading? Could I drop a significant amount of fat (in the caliper's eyes) by cutting carbs/chugging water for a few days, then cutting water and carbing up the day before?
