The whole idea of losing weight is mind-numbing. 1000's upon 1000's of methods, and unsure of which to go with. The rundown, I'm 23, 227lbs, and 5'11. I used to play soccer religiously throughout my life, until I tore my ACL at UNCC trying out for the club team. (Fucking HS Coach didn't try to shop me to schools.) I want to drop down to about 195 in <3-4 months. Anyone have a story/diet plan that they went with that proved very successful? I was intrigued by.........the Fat Smash diet, but haven't pursued it yet b/c i'd like to know what the best option was before I go full throttle through it. Thanks F&N.
