And went from 37.x body fat to 34.6-35.0 (depends which scale I use).

I'm nowhere close but I'm getting there.. :bigthumb:

I bought it from Bodybuilding.com, it measures the feet and the hands for accuracy. It's more accurate than my other scale that was saying 31.9% which I threw the fuck out. I knew I was more than that.

BTW, I started a new meal program and I've lost this weight and body fat since 5/27... :)

Congrats, and keep it up. Once you lose enough to where you feel like you've hit your goal you may want to get to a doctor and have a physical to see where you're at for sure in bf% and weight etc.

Yea, I dont completely trust these scales. But as long as it's going down, I guess we're ok... My ultimate goal wont be reached til like June 08, so I'm not really losing focus right now, especially w/ the body fat being so damn high.

Congrats on your progress. I wouldn't worry about the scale and numbers much. They're great motivators, and certainly you should be proud that the numbers are dropping, but the mirror and how you feel are much better progress indicators. Progress pictures too. If you aren't already taking prog pics, I would suggest starting. Maybe snap pics of a few different angles / poses once a month or something. You'll be happy you did a year from now, it's a great feeling to look back at the changes.

Good work, and keep it up!

    I'm 6'2.

About progress pics, I've been scared to take pics cuz of the amount of fat around my body. I dont have a potbelly or anything but I just dont want these pics on the net LOL ...
