After I've had a tough day in the gym, I always find driving (steering/clutching) very difficult, and at times I wonder if I have enough control of my car. Sometimes I feel that a drunk driver might have better response times than I would be able to muster. Do any of you have this problem, and how do you deal with it?

Maybe if you do one Pur's leg workout to the extreme and try driving...your leg could twitch and hit the brakes and the car behind you could hit you and there would be a big car pileup and tons of death. It would be a horrible tradegy and they would ban squats since it killed people :noes:

    I don't think it would be a problem....unless you're joking :nono:

I've barely been able to get up/down stairs after a workout and have still driven home without any problems. If you think you'd be better driving drunk rather than after a workout, you should probably get that checked out.

no. this is wrong.(from personal experience) When you are driving you are in a relaxed position for a certain amount of time. Your muscles will most likely cramp after you get out of the car, but not during. just drink gatorade and eat potassium and dont worry about it
