    Since I've been working out, I know that water is the best drink to have, but if I'm having lunch or something, is juice bad? I know it has a lot of sugars, though. So I'm not sure what people think about it. If it's not bad, what's the best for you?

    juice is good for you in the mornings, but id stay away from it during the afternoon, water or milk id choose

    haha well then I guess I did good. I just got back from lunch, had a couple chicken breasts, a cup of water and a cup of milk

    water, milk, powerade post workout, and spike shooters :o

    I've never had a spike shooter, I don't even know where to get them from. But I think I'll be able to do with out them. Thanks for the input

    tastes delicious, 300mg caffeine, yohimbe, zero carbs sugar or calories :bigthumb:

    And if you eat after midnight, it will all turn instantly to fat. And/Or you will turn into a Gremlin.
