i drink in the realm of 2 liters + of pop a day. anything bad that can come of it? it's diet, so the calories aren't a factor and i don't want to hear about aspartame. somebody mentioned my kidneys might fuck up and then someone else said something about diabetes. ideas?

Well I've drank at least a 12 pack a day for at least the past 2 years straight and I haven't noticed any negative effects, just that I'm addicted to caffiene and if I don't have my daily 12 pack I get headaches.

It's my opinion that no one should be drinking a 12 pack of soda per day.

    That's just excess.

I was thinking the same. Felt like I was in the Twilight Zone for a second there....or the initiation forum, either way :hsugh:

And yeah, that sounds like a shitload of soda....water > soda. Try it, it'll make you feel a lot better

If it's diet you don't have to worry about sugar problems. But Drinking Soda does raise your risk for kidney stone and other renal problems. Also High amounts of soda can cause malabsorbtion of minerals in the bones mainly magnessium.
