Drinking lots of milk products for proten + bulk.

    Does OT recomend this? It just so simple to do, its nice, it isn't expensive, etc etc.

    Milk products, Milk, full milk coffee, milo on milk, yogurt etc.

    Milk does have a decent amount of protein and calories but that also comes with a decent proportion of sugar and fat too.

    It's fine as long as it suits your goals.
