    2 months of strength training - PASS
    3 months of endurance training - FAIL

    -------------------

    Worked on a good base up until end of august. Also worked a lot of hours for the past two months at my current company. I failed to do my endurance training.

    Benching was my weakest of the three. Needed spot for 3x of 125.
