who'd win? I'd set them in the cage because they're both familiar with it and neither would have a huge advantage. Hendo probably has an advantage standing, but Ace probably in closer quarters. so damn close and they're both well rounded

i've been thinking about this over the last few days, but i'd still say Ace would win :hsd:

yeah i think ace would win...for a while i was on the fence about this...but i think hendo is a little overrated...he definitely doesn't have the stamina Rich franklin has...and i think franklin's standup technique is above henderson's wild flailing style...i don't think he would get caught with the right hand...i think only things hendo has over franklin is a better chin and wrestling...and hendo is too small

If Henderson relies on his right hand, Franklin will be able to create a gameplan that would pick him apart.

Franklin doesn't have an invincible jaw. Loiseau almost stopped him even though he was getting his ass kicked.

Henderson's jaw is pretty damn strong. It's been tested. Plus, add in Henderson's punching power and he's pretty much an equal to Franklin on stand up.

On the ground, the advantage would go to Franklin.

However, if it stays up, which I think it will, Henderson would take it.

I think Franklin would win the fight. I think he's the better all around fighter and his stamina is amazing

Hendo will take him down like 50 times I think.

i'd have a strong feeling that it would go to the judges, but i'm not sure which way it would go. hendo for takedowns, but franklin for more attempts for finishing

henderson's get's taken down a LOT though...more than people realize...his standup style leaves him open to it...he gets taken down in almost every fight...even shungo oyama threw him

i'd say Ace is more of a refined, technical fighter. some of the best training and conditioning too, up there with couture. Hendo is arguably better standing and on the ground, but Ace is still better overall and is better in nearly every aspect where Hendo falls short
