    anyone here able to do them like pavel or bruce lee does em? im thinking of switching my ab routine to doing those, since they get a lot of praise.

    I have gotten to the point where I can actually raise them back up in the same motion as lowering.

    Getting that low is hard. The one in t-nation is far easier IMO. I was there or close to but for only 2-3 reps and definitely dying. Had to quit doing them also because it was aggravating my tendonitis at the time. Props to anyone who can do sets of these.

    it taxes the whole body too, i could do one or so. getting to the lowest point and back up is the hardest.
