    so, since I have been slacking like crazy lately, I decided to start a log. In here i will keep track of my lifts and such, but mostly be focusing on diet since that's what i've sucked at lately.

    Current weight: 176 lbs.




    TODAY 3/20

    CHEST:
    Incline DB press
    DB press
    Incline Flys
    Flys
    Dips

    So far i've eaten:
    2x Shake, 1 scoop ON in 1/2% milk
    lunchalbes ham and cheese pack :bigthumb:
    3x packet of oatmeal
    other random shit totalling maybe 500 cals
    pound? of chicken tenders (completely guessing on this one)

    total: approx. 2800 cals


    I want to hit about 3500 cals/day, and hope to be about 185 in a month or so

    this is true. i was just over 180 a month ago, so i guess im banking on that coming back quickly

    3/21 Legs

    5x5 squats, 1 set warmup, 1 set cooldown
    3 set leg press
    3 set leg curls
    3 set calf raises


    Food:
    2 Shakes
    1 Tuna sandwich
    1 Box Rice-a-Roni
    20oz milk
    2 packets oatmeal
    Will eat more
