I've been eating a lot of fruits lately, actually, they've pretty much been all I've been eating. What are some downsides to fruits? I'm assuming they have a lot of sugar?

if that's all you've been eating, then that's a problem. They are good for you in moderation. Overdose: excess vitamin/minerals, bloated, high sugar content (excess calories)

Poptarts can fit in a somewhat planned diet plan. A fruit diet is worse than eating junk food if you make it fit into your diet.
