I have an older DOS based application that I have running on 2003 Server. I used the compatibility mode for (Seperate Thread)

The problem I am having is when this program is running on our network I am getting some share violations.

Is there any lines that need to be added to the config.nt or autoexec.nt to resolve this or is there anything else I need to be looking at to resolve these sharing violations? Thanks.

It is a retail point of sale program called positive. They sahe violation it gives is notes.dat It locks the program up and the computer has to be rebooted. Its an XP Pro workstation with Windows '03 Small Business Server on the file server. We have 3 workstations running this software. I was just wondering with the dos share.exe what I would need to add to the autoexec or config.nt files to make this work. Any help is appreciated
