    im really happy with the gains ive made so far, both in the mirror and in strength. but i need my weight to go down alot, i need it to be lower because im not very aerodynamic at 220lbs and 6 ft tall. i dont know if many of you know what im working towards so ill give you all a little example:

    im changing up my routine to include olympic lifts and ill be training lower body much more than upper body. to do these flips i need to drop about 30lbs of whatever (hopefully fat) to be able to maximize my ability. unfortunatly my weightloss has plateued and ive actually gained a few lbs but ive still changed tremendously. thanks for reading :wavey:

    i can do some of those things, not nearly as good, just the baisics but im getting there :bigthumb:

    the baisics are this: aerial, tornado kick, 360 crecent, backflip, front flip and butterfly kick, i can do aerial, tornado kick, 360 crecent and butterfly kick

    actually the aerial i cant do completely, i can do it off of a little incline and i cant land it every time but im working hard toward my goal :wiggle:

    sesshoumaru is the fucking man, this stuff is just fucking amazing to me and it beats the hell out of regular cardio

    olympic lifting ftw

    i started about 5 weeks ago and have gotten alot stronger and more atheltic. I don't think any other exercise has done so much for me as olympic lifting has done. It's complemented by cutting diet as well, as I lose an avg of 2lbs a week but my bench, deadlifts and squat numbers just keep going up
