    Love the beard on the second video guy, that's bad-ass just like that. Though I thought it was the video of the guy breaking his leg doing squats so was scared to watch. I don't need that image in my head when doing squats tonight!

    i don't like it when unqualified people who can't view a lift but from the front (poor view) make wanna-be factual statements that he will have a "serious back injury" if he keeps squatting that way.. when, as i said, you can't really see anything whatsoever. this coming from what i assume to be a unexperienced, non qualified person judging form on.. the interweb.. from the front

    Just making a statement coming from my 3.5 years of lifitng. If you watch the vid, he definately put a lot of lower back into it.

    it still doesn't make sense man.. you can't just watch an internet video and conclude that someone will be seriously injured if they don't change their form, when his form wasn't that bad for a max lift and it's from a front view.. that's all

    doesn't mean you should emulate a freak like goggins. you should always try to use good form but on max lifts shit happens. most people would prolly fuck themselves up consistently lifting like goggins.
