How badly would this affect a workout routine? Would you not lift for certain amounts of time before and/or after donating? If you do lift how much does it affect recovery?

if you're planning on going after donating just take the day off, you will be light headed and drained and it's not worth it.

working out before shouldn't affect donating, unless you use a rusty syringe to inject your prewo substance

in my experience i've been good to go the next day after donating, but if it's a broceps day i'm worried that i'm gonna rupture and spray all over the mirrors
