DOMS - feels like every muscle in my body

    I feel like a sack of shit.....and I don't think any amount of stretching could have prevented it because it was my first time working out in a while

    Anyway do any of those muscle creams actually do anything? I know it'll go away but i'm impatient :sadwavey: Or any other remedies

    my hamstrings and glutes were sore when i woke up today

    i was a little weirded out because i've never felt my glutes being sore

    aside from getting pozzed in neghole in my younger and bolder days

    My quads feel the worst (probably from wallsits)

    And my calves too, and they never get sore

    Take a hot bath, do a little easy cardio.

    Stretching doesn't alleviate soreness. And after a long layoff you need to go easy on the volume.

    BCAA's/Dry Sauna helped with my DOMS alot
