how much you weigh?
6'1 195. that was the 4th set, i do 2 sets of body weight, then a set with 25lbs, then that was the 45lber
I just started lifting and your body size is what I want to get to eventually. I thought it would be around 180 but I guess not.
I'm 6'0 btw.

Not bad, I can do 2x 45's
But I also weigh less, so less body weight to push I figure.
dips are fucking weird for me, i can struggle to get 10bw, but i can throw on a 45 and bust out 10. really weird

probably body angle. throwing on a plate forces your body into a different angle, to adjust for the plate hanging off you.
you might be leaning forward more / less
i love weighted dips
