For the past 8 months or so I have been going to the gym really late...2-3 am. I have worked late for years now, so I am always up late. Just how my schedule has been. Go to bed around 4 am, sometimes later. I come home, make my PWO shake and throw in some cottage cheese and head to bed but I sleep in until about 12 or 1, so I go quite a while without an actual meal. It never really hit me until now, I think I should change my schedule up huh?
