Doing my own milk thistle expirament.

    Got blood work and liver enzymes were slightly elevated (from meds I take.)

    Started taking Milk thistle extended release every day and I go back for another test in two months.


    Not changing the meds, so we'll see what the #'s say. I know it's not scientific, but will still be interesting.


    (And my levels were the same two years ago so they don't fluctuate.)

    Cool, i have already does this for about 15 years. It in fact works and works well. Esp things like tyler liver detox from anafit. Best one i seen so far. Pro liver works well to.

    I should probably have mine checked, been like two years. They were only slightly elevated post contest and of no concern really, but who knows now.

    I gave up on milk thistle. Liv52 seems to work much better. But milk thistle costs about 1/10th as much:hs:
