Doing legs after 6 months

    of not doing them sucks :o

    i can barely walk now, tomorrow will be unbearable :hs:

    same thing happened this spring/summer, got too busy and stopped going to the gym

    only lost 10lbs which for me isnt too bad

    so hows everyone around here been? :eek3:

    gotta get the form on your exercises down.... maybe pre-exhaust it

    using a very isolated movement such as flys, cable crossovers, etc to target your chest before doing your big compound movement, I'd keep it to a set or two

    I had to do this to start hitting my chest, but then you get a lot better feel for how to correct your form to target the chest in your big exercises and won't need it anymore

    I don't isolate chest anymore, I just do heavy benching
