after i do flat bench, my chest is too exhausted to do incline right after, so i do incline like 2 days later, but my chest is still sore from doing flat. Is it okay to do Incline when your still kind of sore from doing flat 2 days earlier?

I never really had any luck doing that. personally I'd rather do incline first one week and flat first the next week.

If you can't handle two different pressing exercises on one day then you need to raise your work capacity (or you're doing way too much on your first movement).

I know a few guys that do incline on a "shoulder, etc." day, but I don't like it.

Yeah if you want to build strength do incline first and kill 'em on those. You'll get stronger all round chest and you'll be able to push more being fresh.

    Or so I've found.
