I only have time to hit up the gym my 4 days that i go, my workouts last about 45minutes to an hour. What is your guys opinion on doing cardio post workout? I was thinking 15 minutes of intervals or Max-OT cardio. Considering my main focus is hypertrophy and doing cardio post workout has been said to be "catabolic", should i consume my PWO shake(protein/high GI carbs) after my weight training/before i start my cardio? It sounds like that would kind of defeat the fat loss process, im stuck, any advice?
