doing a clean install with a Windows Vista upgrade CD?

    I have a macbook and got a upgrade CD to Windows vista from my school. Is there anyway i can use that cd to do a clean install on my macbook with boot camp?

    upgrade = upgrade, not clean install :doh:

    but seriously, jsut download an illegal copy from oink or some torrent site, then upgrade using the upgrade disk and you'll have a legal copy.

    Here is the trick.

    Install vista without the CD key. Then you'll have a copy of Vista with a 30 day trial on your computer but it WILL NOT validate because you have an upgrade copy.

    Simply install vista again this time WITH the key and it will validate.

    MS is dumb.

    The works on retail copies...dont know if it will work on edu...but should.
