    Time to start one of these up. Took monday, 7/27, off for a softball game so tomorrow I will start with back/bi's.

    Current specs:
    Height- 6'1
    Weight-198 but will get up to date when i go tomorrow.

    218lbs
    bodyfat dropped 5%

    Hey guys, thanks for all the inspirational help. I'm not suprised that I was able to gain 5lbs of muscle a week over the last 2 months. But i didn't expect to grow an inch taller. If you believe, you can achieve.

    you guys crack me up.

    slept in today
    started breakfast with:
    3 eggs
    2 scoops syntha6 caramel latte w/ water (new favorite)
    27 almonds

    daily staple
    4 caps fishoil
    multi
    coq-10
    vitamin c
    ginko biloba ( to really focus on reps, you can help with your mouse)

    lunch 1 is moes southwestern, ground beef and chicken burrito. i love that place. pretty clean and good for bulk.

    workout will be around 7pm

    1 scoop syntha6, 1 1/2 hours before lift with 2.5 scoops of jack3d

    drink Pro Complex + carbs post workout....Syntha 6 + almonds = a ton of fat
