    I have been working out intelligently for about 2 years now, and starting last July I JUST started doing deadlifts for the first time, and now I know this isn't impressive but I pull 365x4 @ 5'11'' 190 lbs. This is with just 2 months of dedicated weekly deadlifts.

    Does your body really adapt that much to lifting weights that it is able to basically with little or no indirect work to your lower back, keep the muscles up to par with everything else?

    Other numbers are B - 260, and S - 320ish.

    most powerlifters don't actually deadlift often.

    i assume you never did sldl's or gm's either though?
    if so, that's somewhat impressive.

    i was pulling 300+ weighing around 150 within maybe 2 months of when i started doing deads.

    thats impressive. it took me 4 months to get where you are. im 197lb
