Does protein powder expire? (ON Double choc)

    i've had a 10 lb bag of since march 04!!! is it still usable cuz im not done w/ it yet

    Protein's shelf life is ~12-18 months.

    8 scoops in work shakes, 3 in post workout shake.. so around 11 a day

    it was 607 last time I calculated.. yeah it's a bit of an overkill, but I don't count nuts and stuff as sources of protein

    so it's prolly in the range of 400-450 range without the walnuts and peanut butter

    but anyways so the protein just looses some of its potency right.. is what im thinking as long as there is no mold on it or anything(well even if there was mold u could just take the layer of mold off).. does that sounds correct.. i don't think u could just say its not good anymore just not 100% lol.. is that a stupid post? but i think it makes sense

    i have to for more calories... I don't gain weight until around 6200-6500, even then it's slow as fuck. I'm about to bump it into the range of 7000+

    I eat tons of meat, but it's impossible at work and that's where all my liquid protein come in handy. I'm actually switching it over to cottage cheese instead, once I get my car.
