nXt liquid contains chemical (i.e. non-abrasive) cleaners.

Others can give you a more in depth answer.

Im not sure about the paste.

It doesn't contain cleaners like a regular cleaner wax, NXT certainly won't remove oxidation. According to Meguiars, NXT has 'specialized' cleaners whose only function is to allow NXT to bond properly.

Hrm, I'm considering "topping" my Zaino with NXT paste. The catch is, if it doesn't contain cleaners that would harm the integrity of the sealant, I would have to wash the car twice each time I wanted to reapply some Zaino; once with Dawn to take the NXT off and once with Z7 to prep the Zaino already on the car.

...exactly why I don't use Zaino. Too finicky when combined with other products.

BTW, no need to dawn wash if you get the Z-PC polish.
