if it gets in your urethra that's ok, it actually works better that way
i heard if you used it on one of your testicles you'd get absolutely insane gains but then that nut would eventually die, is that true ceaze
this will spark a huge debate because Ive seen conflicting studies quoted and those "for" pot smoking will always be pro and those againts will always find reasons not too.
IMO, tell your friend to do a month of testing dry and a month of testing while high. Compare the results.

I smoke pot every day. Moderation.....
The only problem I'd see is if you train in the mornings... some people still feel groggy in the morning. If you are trying to cut or maintain a clean diet it could be a problem, too if you don't have will power (i.e.: me) and it can aggravate gyno in some people.
Assuming you don't find yourself winded during workouts or any of that shit its not going to hurt your gains.... at all.
Nothing besides making you a lazy motherfucker. Everyone says "bs that shit doesn't affect my motivation." I've seen first hand many times that thats a bullshit excuse.
If you're the one in a million who can push through the lack of motivation, go for it.
You just have to make sure whatever you put in your mouth isnt gonig to slow down your 'transformation'
If you can not eat anything bad when youre high then go for it.
Me, when im stoned, i eat liek a fucking SLOB, its never really junk food but still.

I think that it's probably a negative. Doesn't stop me from smoking though.
As long as you dont eat youre fine.
Unless youre smoking 4 blunts at 2 am and tehn getting up at 9 am to go to the gym it wont be a problem what so ever if you train like normal and eat clean.
