I bought some CEE off bulknutrition last October and didn't use it. I'm wondering if it's still good? I took the seal off it a couple of months ago to check and it looked fine. I'm afraid I'll grow a third arm or something if I take it though.

Bleh, I wouldnt worry about it. But, from the internetz, they tell you its prolly best to stick with expiration dates on supplements and not risk anything.

if you peel away the plastic label the expiration date should be stamped on the bottle/jar....generally supplements last for about a year or so

All creatine expires after 3 months, except PureCEE, which is good for 30 years.
