I'm 5"7 and 135lbs now and am trying to gain weight. I hit the gyms 3 times a week and try to eat 4-5 small meals a day. My diet is not as clean as it can be (ice cream, fast food etc.) I do take whey protein and eat vegetables and lean meat whenever I can though. My goal is to reach about 155lb and start cutting a little. So what do you guys think?

I think Berardi (maybe Will Brink or Lyle Macdonald) said : "calories determine if you gain or lose, macronutrient breakdown determine what you gain or lose".
So yeah, gaining weight is not the same thing as putting on mostly muscle.

assuming you are getting the necessary amounts of protein and efa's, with the remainder of your calories coming from a reasonable combination of other fats and carbs, the biggest determinant in how much fat you gain when bulking is how far over maintenance you go. Too great of a calorie surplus = fat gain, it just so happens that this is much harder to do when eating what are considered to be "clean" foods.

My goal is to be around 150lbs with about 10 % bodyfat or less. I guess I should start eating more healthy. I do take Fish Oils for EFAs btw.

    Eat moar? :dunno:

How much are you actually eating? Have you been tracking it, or just going "yep, I ate a bunch today!"
