I train at a mma gym at night and was thinking about going back to a bjj school during the morinings. Other than sleep/money any other cons?

They have boxing wrestling muay thai and nogi grappling. They just only have classes at night.

Sometimes I'll hit the morning classes in addition to the night classes. Doesn't bother my physically, it's just finding the time. The extra laundry is annoying.

i used to do that when i was with a gym that had both morning and evening classes.

just make sure you bathe in between to stay free or worm/staph, and respect your body when it tells you its tired.

    I use to do that

    530-630pm bjj
rest an hours in between muay thai class
    730-9 bjj again

First couple of days you'll be burnt out but your body gets use to it after awhile. Just make sure you get a healthy amount of sleep the night before to recharge your body.
