i wouldn't do curls constantly, but after 5pm its pretty dead in here and i can do some compound movements with them since no one would really see me doing it

I've been doing 2" ROM dips all day for 3-weeks and my arms are getting swole. Gotta measure tonight and see.

This is some of the gayest shit I have ever heard of. If you have to keep something at your desk, get a COC gripper and that would be sufficieant enough to keep people from thinking that you're a homo!!

When I worked at a bank back in the day I would keep one of those "crunkers" as you guys call them here and use it as I stood on the teller line. After about a month of doing that for a total of probably 30min throughout the day (9 hour days) my grip strength increased by a noticeable amount.

we have a pair of 40s in the lab here at work... i do curls w/ em a couple of times a shift if i get bored... or standing db military presses or something like that

also, i move two tables near each other and do dips

yeah... it gets boring around here and i figure that these are better than nothing... and it's 40 lbs., so :dunno:

Yep, I was right... gained 1/4" unflexed. Mostly fat gain prolly since I've haven't hit the gym for 3-weeks.

I just keep a tennis ball for grip. I've thought about doing the 5 or 8lbs dumbbell idea... but like jonno said, I don't want to be that guy.
