i know some of you might think im a freak or something but i absolutely love being sore, i love it when i wake up in the morning and find it hard to get up because of the workout i did the day before

I love it as well as long as it's not a sore that doesn't let me operate normally.

Not I, I get satisfaction by busting PRs, not by feeling like shit the next day for it

Depends, sometimes its a good feeling but then theres that soreness that just fucking hurts, especially in your legs, and it makes walking up and down stairs and taking a shit a royal pain in the ass.

Plus you are walking like you've got something stuck up your ass. I'm always dead for a day or two after ME lower days. Recently started dragging a makeshift sled the next day though so that might help some
