does anyone know if you can reload berdan primmed cases?

I've got a lot of .308/ 7.62x51 NATO surplus cases that i'm wondering if i can reload. If i can, that'd be awesome, but if not, i'll skip buying the last of the SA surplus AIM has. Also wondering for 7.62 tokarev cases, as AIM surplus sold out of that too. I got a 1224 rnd can, and now they don't have any listed on their site. Anyone else know where i can get some cheap 7.62 tok ammo?

There's a special hook that pulls the primers off, then you have to have berdan primers to reprime with. the special berdans are supposed to have extreme sensitivity to seating depth. I'd just keep your 308 brass and sell it, scrap brass is going up in price.
