I could start doing? Im in the process of losing 40lbs (5lbs down) but I really haven't ever been in a weight room in my life. This guy asked me to spot for him and I asked him how to squat properly. He showed me but I can't even squat the bar. Its not really lack of strength, for some reason while squatting, I can't get down into that position without being on the ball of my feet. Any ideas, suggestions?
