there was this black dude at the gym i used to go to who would load up the leg press completely, and with each plate, pause in front of the mirror and sort of purse his lips, frown and flex his arms

then after it was loaded he'd walk away and go home

Don't have to deal with this at my gym, lots of juiced guys that always re-rack their weights. BUT I do fucking hate when assholes stagger the weights on the rack, it's really not that difficult to place weights in the correct places

I used to not re-rack, but now I do. Just because I don't want to get a bad rep at my gym. I'm already on my 2nd noise complaint from deadlifting

I strip down everything except 45s on the leg press or a single 45 on the calf machine. Bigger issue at my gym is people like to just take a single dumbell and leave it somewhere random when they're done like tucked under the stairs on the other side of the room.

yeah people leaving DB's laying around or putting them back in the wrong place pisses me off

I can take a couple of 45's off the bar no problem, but hunting down a dumbell some shithead left in a random corner of the gym? FUCK YOU

This pisses me off so much. Especially when I am putting my weights back and now there is no space for them because someone put their weights back in the wrong spot. My OCD usually kicks in and I put the misplaced ones back so mine aren't fucked up.

Maybe if I wasn't so weak I could use the less often moved dumbells :wtc:

Rack em everytime. In the correct order too. I fucking hate when the only 5lbs around is behind three 45's.....

I rack them when I'm finished. Most of the larger guys do this also. It's the annoying high school kids that put on 225 get stapled and leave it on the bar.

I usually just leave my weights on so that the employees that are women have to rerack them for me

Everyone reracks them at mine but there are at least 3 different types of plates and they're all mixed together. It's a pain in the ass digging through different racks and finding two of the same plates.
