My gut is always sticking out, and essentialy I'm always bloated. I think its carb related...anyone else have thoughts? I've been on an 1100 cal diet recently, and somehow I'm still bloated after eating 1 chicken breast, and 1 cup of cauliflower/squash/broccoli.

You arent eating any carbs to speak of, so it aint related to that. 1100 cals a day, you are trying to cut without cardio I assume... dont be lazy.

Shouldn't be dieting while rehabbing an injury anyways.

On the other hand, I'd be reluctant to bulk if I couldn't train too.
Not that I'm implying Jesus couldn't train...
nor the fact I'm reluctant to bulk if healthy anyhow. ;)

I coul only run, and do leg work (not squats). I slept in my computer chair for about a month because they pain was so bad, and changed gears in the car with my left hand.

The shoulder feels 100%, but I'm gradually getting back into lifting so i don't reinjure. I don't drink carbonated beverages...only water.

Fuck I'm a moron, I didn't realize that I should not cut when rehabbing an injury...I feel smart.

so what can I do about the bloating when I start training again?

I don't think it's bloating. Weight yourself before a meal that usually makes you feel bloated and also the night after that meal (so after crap and piss and such). If you gain a lot of water, you'll gain some weight on the scale. My guess is that you think "feeling full" is "feeling bloated". I'm thinking that after some time dieting, your stomach's small and whatever you eat, you feel full.

    Wow..1100 cals?

Flip back to maint until you can get back in the gym.. this way you can start cutting from a fresh start again and reshock yo'self.

I had bloating issues for a while, but for some reason not anymore. When i was 210'ish, I would go home and look in the mirror and feel totally nasty..

I started this lower carb deal, lost 16lbs, and no bloat. I blame the carbs.. but I'm not educated on this topic..
