I signed up for a gym membership at the local Extreme Fitness and when you do that they give you 1 hour with a trainer ( which purpose is to get you to sign up with them). Now i wasnt going to do it of course but the last 15 min I spend with a nutritionist who was waving this sheets of paper in front of my face to piss me off :ugh2: The sheets contained detailed meals everyday with the actual shopping list with the products required. Now that got m interested and I started looking on the internet but I cant find any. Does anyone have those and is willing to post them here? :x:

well i pretty much know all of that already but the one that he had was like breakfast - 2 slices of turkey with a spoon of mayo and 1 slice of bread. That kind of stuff and on the back it had the shopping list of all the stuff you need.

read the stickies for a diet.

and I'm pretty sure that combining protein and carbs doesn't stabilize insulin levels, but that combo forces your body to produce more insulin than any other combo (protein/fat, fat/carbs, protein alone, carbs alone, fat alone)
