Does anyone else get depressed when they miss workouts

    I've missed the last few days because of the hollidays and school, I have just generally felt like :wtc:. Does anyone else get like this, I assume its from the endorphins that I am not releasing due to the lack of excercise.

    hell yes :wtc: i hate it when i miss a workout... and i have to take the next couple weeks off to recover from an injury :wtc:

    There was an article on this in the june or september sportsmedicine magazine.

    I don't feel bad, I just make sure I get the exercises in later.

    I don't like missing workouts because I always feel smaller if I miss one.

    Word, plus it seems that when I miss my workouts it affects my school work, but the problem is that school has keep me so busy last few days that I just don't have enough time in the day to do both which frustrates the hell out of me

    yea you cant bring back a missed workout. you can always find your way around, do some bw stuff you know.

    yes and even more so just because I'm injured. I'm just doing cardio and losing to much weight.

    I missed two workouts becuase of the holidays and i started to feel smaller, but the worst part happened yesterday when I got back in the gym. I somehow managed to fuck up my back while picking up a 10 lb weight. I had to stop my workout and now I'm scared to go back this week becuase my back still hurts. This fucking sucks.

    A bit, just because it throws me out of routine. And a bit guilty because it generally happened because of something stupid like a sports game or drinking beers with friends.

    yea i get depressed because if i skip a workout i end up eating instead and im trying to keep weight off

    I tend to get kinda hyper, as if I'm on too much coffee. Can't stop figgeting, etc. I need the physical activity to keep me sane...
