I've been lifting for years now. I've gotten a decent amount of compliments on my physique... But I still always feel like i'm fat and out of shape... I'd take pics to show you, but i'm obviously self concious, so i'll just give a description. Please, be honest. I'm 6'00", 225. My arms are 16.5", and I wear size 34-36 jeans. My lifting stats: Incline bench: 225x10, 3 sets. Deadlift: 185x12, 3 sets squat: 265x10, 3 sets I also play ice hockey twice a week, walk 2 miles every morning, etc. Maybe I should post this in the 'feel bad for me' section... Anyway, thoughts?
