Saw it today...when you're lying down on your back, and pull yourself up on a bar/smith machine

Kind of like a backwards push up

So basically an inverted barbell row?

I've done it... but it doesn't seem as good as the barbell row since its basically the same movement, but you can more readily adjust the resistant with the row

done em a few times...generally not enough resistance though, i can do like 15-20 fairly easily. but its not a bad thing to do at the end of a back workout and go to failure

our fitness trainer at school had us doing these, but not quite a full pull up. more like a bit of a hang, and we just clench and seperate our shoulder blades. worked some back muscle. i never relaly liked 'em.
