As soon as EFTS has another free shipping sale I'm going to buy one or two. From everything I've read, it seems like a great way to increase a bunch of things.

Can anybody who does them point me towards some good resources so I can workout a program? Also, what do you guys think are the best kettlebell lifts?

They are fun but they don't live up to the hype.

They are good for fighters and other people who want to develop strength endurance (as opposed to endurance gained from a low intensity exercise like jogging, which doesn't really help a fighter very much).

They're also good for overall fitness and will help keep your lower back strong.

I wouldn't recommend them for bodybuilding.

edit - oh, you said you wanted resources. www.dragondoor.com is the company that made kettlebells popular in America. Their stuff is expensive, but it's the best quality. They have a message board full of "gireviks" (people who lift kettlebells) and powerlifters, but many of their opinions are like "whatever dragondoor says is the best and everything else sucks and bodybuilders suck." But you will get good KB info there.

i don't think their free shipping sales apply to the kettlebells, you might want to check on that before ordering

Nope haven't seen any Rocky"s since the first two. I've been wanting to get into them for a while, and now that I no longer have a herniated disk and am able to deadlift again, kettlebells seem like a good way to keep myself up. I like the idea of being able to do a kettlebell clean and press in my bedroom.

Go to the website I suggested. You will find more KB info and kettlebellers there than you will know what to do with.

I've seen one guy "advertising" them on an episode of Miami Ink and they seemed pretty ridiculous. Either that or the guy was just not built at all.
